Conradie Park: Kings Blockhouse

Conradie Park is a mixed-use and mixed-income development for 3600 housing units, 20 000m2 of office and 10 000m2 of commercial space that will be delivered through a Public Private Partnership between the Western Cape Provincial Government and Concor as part of the Better Living Challenge program. The integration of housing income levels include room for Social Housing [rental model for poorer families], FLISP [units for purchase by poorer families] and market [bonded] units. These are supplemented with a school, a shopping precinct and sports facilities that are integrated into an urban park. The construction of the first four buildings will commence in March 2020 followed by the full sequence of buildings across the site over the next 5-7 years.

This building is aimed at the “market” [bonded].
